1. License Grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AutoReply on Android devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from AutoReply except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Ownership
AutoReply is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the application and associated intellectual property.
4. Updates and Changes
We may provide updates, bug fixes, security changes, or feature changes. Some updates may be required for continued operation or compatibility with Android or third-party messaging applications.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Your use of AutoReply may interact with Android, Google Play, and third-party messaging applications. You remain responsible for complying with their terms and policies.
6. Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall AutoReply.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AutoReply is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from messages that are delayed, not sent, sent unexpectedly, or processed differently because of Android or third-party app behavior.
