By downloading, installing, or using AutoReply, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
AutoReply provides rule-based automation for supported Android messaging notifications. Features may include notification matching, automatic replies, schedules, testing, history, and diagnostics.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the rules and reply text you configure, the conversations you target, and the consequences of messages sent through your configuration. You should test rules before relying on them and use automation in a manner appropriate to the context.
4. Compatibility and Availability
Automatic replies depend on Android capabilities, device settings, battery management, and notification reply actions provided by third-party messaging apps. We do not guarantee compatibility with every application, device, or Android version.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use AutoReply to violate applicable law, harass or deceive others, distribute unlawful spam, circumvent security controls, or interfere with third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
AutoReply, its branding, software, user interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
7. Disclaimer
AutoReply is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free automation, or compatibility with every messaging service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AutoReply, including unintended, delayed, duplicated, or failed messages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms when the product, law, or operating environment changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
